July 27, 2022 (Updated August 23, 2022)

Superintendent Keith Hayashi released a letter to all parents and guardians on updated health and safety policies for the coming school year. This letter may be viewed in full here.

These are some of the key takeaways from the letter starting Tuesday, July 26:

  • Masking is now optional indoors & outdoors for students and employees, although it is highly encouraged.

  • Please continue to do wellness checks for your child before coming to school and leave them home if they are sick.

  • Quarantine is no longer required for in-school exposure. Quarantine is still required for non-school and home exposures for individuals affected without an up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination.

Please read the letter in full to know the full policies regarding COVID-19.
